Liberal democrat Jimmy Carter was by far the worst President in US history and continues to be an embarassment with his anti-Semitic rants.

Liberals are going gaga over Barack Hussein Obama just like liberals in Minneapolis did with Keith Hakim Mohammed Ellis. Both have Muslim backgrounds and it’s more important than anything for liberals to advance these people in the name of diversity.
By the way Dora, Mrs. Clinton is the one exposing Obama’s Muslim roots, so don’t play the race card with me again.

In any case, the liberal infatuation with Obama and Ellison simply because they are black Muslims just proves that we can’t trust our national security to the democrat party.

Besides being the worst President in American history, Jimmy Carter is continuing to make a fool of himself and embarrass America in the process. Read below from the Strib:

The book has also drawn fire from Jewish groups and fellow Democrats, and led to the resignation last month of Kenneth Stein, a center fellow and a longtime Carter adviser."

Jimmy Carter is anti-Semitic and seems to favor the Muslim terrorists who are trying to kill innocent people, over Israeli's who have been trying to work things out with the them. Carter is probably still trying to make a legacy for himself after his failed Presidency, but he's making things worse.

Amplified Muslim Call to Prayer coming to your neighborhood?

Because of a large and rapidly growing Muslim immigrant population which is starting to have influence in local politics, a city noise ordinance in Michigan could change to allow amplified Muslim Calls to Prayer in Arabic between the hours of 6:00AM and 10:00PM fives times daily.

Hamtramck Muslim community members' request to amend the city noise ordinance so mosques can use loudspeakers for a call to prayer has divided some residents along religious lines. Non-Muslims are outraged and concerned that it will be annoying and disruptive of sleep. Unfortunately, the resolution is likely to pass next week, unless a petition to stop this non-sense is successful.

This is just one more example of why we really need to change our suicidal immigration policy.

So far the ACLU has been silent on this matter, mainly because they prefer to attack Christians only.

I am of 100% Norwegian decent myself, and I am planning to visit where my Great Grandparents lived in Hjelle and Eidskog sometime soon. Norway is a beautiful country and I want to experience the culture before it changes to much.

I'm reluctant though to support a socialist government, which is obvious through the high prices tourist are forced to pay there. Norway is also dependant on Muslim immigration to support it's "cradle to grave" welfare system. This is culteral suicide!

There are problems caused by Muslim immigration such as the rape epidemic in Oslo, violent crime, and a serious problem with a lack of assimilation.

I'm concerned about Minnesota as well. We have more third world immigrants than about any state in the country because they are attracted to our welfare system, and we are starting to see the same assimilation problems as Europe. Somali Muslim cabbies at the airport now refuse to pick up people with alcohol, pork, homosexuals, or blind people with seeing eye dogs.
Good news though! The extremely liberal Star Tribune editorial board wrote a very rare common sense piece condemning these Muslims for their lack of tolerance. Good for them!

I just finished watching a story on Hannity and Colmes on FOX NEWS CHANNEL, and the topic was on how immigrant Muslim Somali's at the Minneapolis St. Paul Airport are routinely discriminating against and refusing service to passengers carrying alcohol, or blind people with seeing eye dogs. They have been know to refuse service to gays and transgendered people as well, but this wasn't covered.

It was embarrassing that Minnesota was in the news in a negative way like this again, and it's time people wake up and realize what's going on here.

The reason we have so many Muslims in Minnesota isn't because of our warm desert climate which reminds them of home, but because of our liberal welfare system which attracts recipients from around the globe. Not only that, but local groups like the Minneapolis Foundation and Lutheran Social Services have been working hard to import as many Muslims here as possible at taxpayers expense. Minnesota Taxpayers suffer for this assualt on common sense by liberal multiculteralists.

The new Muslim immigrants have little desire to assimate to our way of life unlike previous immigrants, and seem to demand that we adapt to them.

Muslim cab drivers who insist on discriminating because of their Islamic religion are in the wrong line of work and should have their cab licenses revoked if needed. It sounds like they have been given a warning by the airport commission before a vote on the subject comes up, so they can think about alternative employment which is refreshing news out of liberal Hennepin County.

Mulsims are also demanding a prayer room at MSP. The commission has offered a spot for prayer for all faiths, as well as an offer to expand if necessary, but this isn't good enough for the Muslims. They are demanding a MUSLIM ONLY area at MSP.

Nice immigration policy we have.

Boycott Lowe's

I recently stopped at the new Lowe's store in Rogers, MN. to pick up some insulation. I was so disgusted by what I saw, that I turned around and walked right out. Lowe's has decided to become a 100% bilingual store. Every sign from the bathrooms to financing was in English AND Spanish!.

The people of Minnesota shouldn't put up with this. We border Canada, not Mexico.

I am tired of having to Press 1 for English, and seeing these signs everywhere you turn is completely annoying. Not only that, but Lowe's is hurting illegal and legal immigrants by eliminating the need to learn English and assimilate.

Minnesota Somali's Protest Removal of Islamist Government

As many as 1,500 Somali immigrants who came to Minnesota for welfare benefits gathered in Minneapolis to protest the removal of the Taliban style Islamic government with Somali and Ethiopian forces. This Islamist government was made up of known terrorists and had links to Al Qaida. They were also brutal in enforcing Sharia law and even beheaded people for not praying five times a day.

The protesting Somali's were openly protesting America's war on terror and were seen carrying signs saying "Islam is the Answer".

This behavior shouldn't surprise anyone. We have seen a Somali terror link with Mohammed Warsame in Minneapolis, and in England may of the train station bombers were Somali's who lived off of the British welfare system.

When will Americans wake up and realize that importing these people to America is a very bad idea?

Violent Crime Surges in Minneapolis, again....

Thanks to the extremely liberal and incompetent Minneapolis Mayor and communist leaning city council, violent crime is once again skyrocketing in Minnepolis with murders alone up 20% from last year.

Mayor R.T. Rybak has consistantly shown that he is more interested in political correctness and multiculterism than in common sense crime fighting measures. An example of this is when he fired a fairly effective police chief with Robert Olson, then searced the country to find the most liberal candidate available and hired Bill McManus who turned out to be a complete disaster and ended up leaving. Rybak and McManus basically sided with radical "community activists" who themselves were part of the problem and starting putting blame on the police instead of the criminals. McManus and his disciplinary actions against Minneapolis police officers and new rules of conduct severely hurt the department.

R.T. Rybak has also instituted an unlawful "illegal alien sanctuary city" policy which ties the hands of law enforement when dealing with illegal alien criminals. This also makes it very difficult to control the rapid growth of dangerous Mexican gangs in the metro area. The liberal Star Tribune tries to minimize the reporting of crimes committed by illegals, but they are a dangerous and growing threat.

I could go on and on about R.T. 's other bone headed moves such as hiring a lesbian as fire chief who used her power to have affairs with other lesbians in the department in exchange for promotions, cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements and legal fees, and to top it all off, he hired her back!, but I'll stick with crime.

Isn't it time voters wake up and get rid of this guy? Minneapolis is already at a disadvantage because our liberal welfare system attracts scum from across the globe. As one commenter put it, "If you put cheese out, the Rats will come." R.T. Rybak takes a bad situation and makes it much worse.

Anti-Christian blog pressures libraries

The anti-Christian blog http://dumpbachmann.blogspot.com/ has recently begun to pressure local libraries into purchasing the book American Facists, the Christian Right and the War on America, by Chris Hedges.

This is a quote from Eric Zaetsch, a writer for Dump Bachmann and lead Christian basher:
"Force the librarians to assure their collections are balanced and representative of a spectrum of thought or be, in part, responsible for the biases that others wrongly insinuate into such public organs of information dissemination."

Hedges book is far from being a best seller or even known, but if local libraries cave in to pressures from the anti-Christian left and purchase this book, shouldn't they be fair and stock books which are critical of Islamists? They are much more of a threat to western civilization than Christians.

Please contact your local libraries, especally if you deal with the ones in Anoka County, and ask that your tax dollars are spent more wisely than on Christian bashing books.

Voter Fraud coming to Minnesota

The next election in Minnesota this Fall will be tainted with voter fraud, thanks to the Democrats. House Republicans were able to pass a bill on May 9th, 2006 which would require voters to show a picture ID, despite Democrat opposition. Rep. Keith Ellison, a Muslim and DFL choice to replace Martin Sabo said " It's a voter-suppression bill". House minority leader Matt Entenza said " If Grandma forgets her purse back at the farm, she won't be able to vote".
Even though this common sense bill was passed by the house, it's unlikely to get anywhere in the Democrat controlled Senate.

Hopefully the Democrats aren't fooling anyone and we know exactly why they refuse to control voter fraud. It's very simple, illegal aliens and others who commit voter fraud overwhelmingly vote Democrat.

As it stand right now, virtually anyone in Minnesota can vote vote with the loopholes we have. In fact, Minnesota is the only place in the world which allows someone off the street with no ID to vote if someone else vouches for them.

With this country being so politically divided and the fact that many recent election results were very, very close, it would be awful if election outcomes were decided by foreigners.

Illegal Aliens Protest in Minnesota

As a citizen concerned about the future of the United States, I attended both the Minnesota Coalition for Immigration Reduction and the rally of illegal aliens. The contrast was amazing. At the first rally, Patriotic music played, English was the only language spoken, and people were very concerned about the damage illegal immigration is causing. At one point, a Mexican American man who was born in Texas spoke to the crowd and agreed with what we were doing.
At the other rally the following day (4-9-06), things were very different. As the picture I took shows, the Mexican flag flies above the American flag. This says it all. Besides that, virtually no English was spoken in the crowds except for the leftist organizers (unions, communists, immigration lawyers, and other liberal groups). I saw many anti-Bush signs, even though Bush seems to be an ally of illegal aliens. Other signs included "Impeach Nixon" and "Go Back To Europe".
With amplified Mexican music and non-English speaking speakers which could be heard for several blocks, I got an eerie feeling that Americans are losing control of the country to foreigners.
In any case, the failure to secure our borders has led led to this crisis, and any further delay by the Senate to stop this invasion will only make the problem worse.

Lesbian Firemen cause more problems for Minneapolis

For the third time in three weeks, a lesbian fireman has brought a sexual harassment and discrimination lawsuit against against lesbian Chief Bonnie Bleskachek and the City of Minneapolis. What was Mayor R.T. Rybak thinking when he hired her as Chief? With such a large number of practicing lesbians working as firemen, Bonnie must have felt like a kid in a candy store. How could R.T. not see the potential problems with this situation? If this was a white male using his position to control females, R.T. would have his head in no time. I guess he has to be sensitive to lesbian culture and nothing will come of this. Bleskachek, sporting her "Frank Burns" haircut had no comment when asked about the lawsuits.

Meanwhile, taxpayers will have to pay for even more lawsuit settlements.

Liberals Continue Assault On Cheney Over Hunting Accident

The Liberal Anti-Gun media has continued to criticize Dick Cheney over his shooting accident. This just shows how hypocritical the left is.

Dick Cheney committed no crime and was only involved in a hunting accident. The Anti-Bush left is trying to turn this story into something sinister; hopefully people will realize what they are up to.

Compare this to when Liberal dinosaur Ted Kennedy was as Senator in 1969, the media treated things differently with Chappaquiddick. While Ted was intoxicated and driving with his girlfriend at the time, he drove off a bridge resulting in her death. Instead of doing the right thing and contacting authorities, he wondered home and made himself another strong drink. He didn't report the incident until the next day after he sobered up.

Ted Kennedy should have be sent to Prison for years, but his money, power, and influence kept him in power. Too bad for us.

In contrast, Dick Cheney was involved in a simple hunting accident. The victim is doing well and his main concern is Dick Cheney.

Loudmouth Liberal Ted Kennedy has been amazingly silent on this issue. I wonder why?

Muslims raise hell over cartoon

Muslims worldwide are proving to the world that the cartoons shown in European newspapers need to be printed. The original intent of the cartoons was not to insult Islam, but to bring attention to the intolerant and violent nature of Islamists. They proved their point!

Europeans have been very generous to Muslim immigrants and have even given many refugee status and provided welfare. Many Muslims who have been treated very well by their host countries, have turned against them violently. Somali immigrants in England tried to destroy train stations in England after other immigrant Muslims had success there with terror.

Muslims should really be protesting the beheadings in the name of Allah, slaughtering of Christians in Africa and Asia, and bombing of innocent people, instead of whining about cartoons.

This should be a wake up call to liberal multiculteralists. Americans really need to decide if we want the same problems here as we have seen in England, Spain, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Norway, Italy, etc......

Met Council Chairman Embraces Sprawl

Peter Bell, Chairman of Minnesota’s Metropolitan Council, angered many residents this week with his puzzling comments on Urban Sprawl and Traffic Congestion. His statement “CHANGE CAN BE DISCONCERTING AND GROWTH DOES CAUSE PROBLEMS, [BUT A LOT OF PLACES] WOULD GIVE THEIR EYE TEETH FOR TRAFFIC CONGESTION” seems irresponsible and makes me wonder what he is doing is such a powerful position.

I drive about 30 miles each way to work, and congestion is getting unbearable and worse every day. Not only are commuters spending less time with their families because of this, but also fuel consumption goes way up which hurts the environment and the economy. If the communist leaning Met Councils of the past would have planned properly and put in the correct amount of lanes on our freeways, the problem wouldn’t be nearly as bad, but it was their way of penalizing motorists for not using mass transit.

Peter Bell needs to understand the reason for sprawl and the resulting congestion problem. The main reason is simple, Minnesota’s welfare system and other taxpayer funded handouts. Minnesota has been widely known as “THE WELFARE STATE” for years. The City of Chicago for example used to encourage their welfare recipients to move to “Moneyapolis” and would even pay for moving expenses. Besides the problem with welfare migration from other states, we have a serious problem with third world immigrants and refugees choosing to settle in Minnesota to receive the most benefits. We have a larger population of Somali’s, Hmong, Liberians, and many other groups than any other state, not because of our warm climate, but because of our handouts. No wonder we are the third most overtaxed state in the country.

Welfare migration is the main reason why Minneapolis has been given the nickname “Murderapolis” and why crime in the metro area continues to get worse. Most of the violent crime in Minneapolis is cause by people not originally from here and I would love to hear from anybody who disputes that. With violent crime increasing and school districts getting worse, people are forced to flee the metro area to keep their families safe. This results in the sprawl and traffic congestion problem.

It’s sad to see farmland and beautiful countryside being destroyed to make room for encroaching development. Not only is this destroying our wildlife, but also we will need even more farmland if we want to increase Ethanol production and reduce our dependence on oil from Muslim fanatics. We are destroying some of the best farmland in the country every day because of sprawl.

Peter Bell’s statements were recently praised by the extremely liberal Star Tribune editorial board and by left wing nut DFL State Rep. Phyllis Kahn. This alone proves that something is wrong with his agenda. Mr. Bell needs to wake up or step down.

Canadians wake up and vote Liberals out!

I could write volumes about why you should vote for the Conservatives on Monday, but in the final analysis the reason is simple and comes down to one single word.

Liberals.

This is one of the most important elections in the history of Canada and the future of the country is in the balance. There are some things about Stephen Harper that do not impress and some things about his party that cause concern.

But whatever your reservations about the Tories and however much you have to hold your nose on Monday as you vote, chant that word to yourself.

Liberals. Liberals. Liberals.

Remember the massive corruption, some of the worst we and most other western nations have ever known. Beyond Quebec and AdScam, there were ministers spending public money on sumptuous and numerous dinners while taxpayers worried about whether they could pay the rent or keep the house.

MPs accused of all sorts of ethical violations, government members travelling in first-class comfort around the world with their friends for no apparent purpose, all paid for by your money and through your sweat.

The dominance of the culture of entitlement, with Liberal politicians reacting angrily when even challenged about their actions.

The triumph of the empty cliche. "Moving forward and not backwards ... The party of change ... Canadian values ... No to extremism." The marginalizing of millions of Canadians, on the right and the left, merely because they did not embrace some souffle of Liberal emptiness.

The lies. Paul Martin telling faith leaders in a private meeting that he personally opposed same-sex marriage, but then standing up in Parliament and accusing anybody who opposed the notion of being un-Canadian. His promise to reduce the "democratic deficit" but then denying a free vote on the issue to cabinet ministers and using a carrot and stick to influence backbenchers.

Belinda Stronach tossing her empty head and arrogantly joining the cabinet of a government she had endlessly criticized. Selfish misfits from various parties becoming Liberals simply for power and Martin welcoming them as long-lost comrades.

The emasculation of the armed forces, the rot of our inner cities, the decline of the health care system, the evaporation of our international reputation, the failure to analyze immigration, the weakening of the police, the trendy and dangerous approach towards drugs, prostitution and perversion.

Liberals.

The attacks upon the West and the fawning acceptance of every Quebec ambition. The childish taunts of the U.S. but the friendly policies towards murderous regimes such as Cuba and China.
The destruction of democracy with the increased power of the Supreme Court and the appointment of cronies to positions of enormous influence. Prisons resembling hotels, law-abiding gun owners treated as criminals and criminals treated as victims.

Liberals.

The pride that so many of us felt at being part of this vast and vastly great country dripping away as the Canadian body politic became ill and sickly. The realization that Ottawa was a cult rather than a culture, where Canada was dismantled instead of strengthened.

Liberals.

Walk steadily to the polling booth on Monday and, whatever you have voted in the past, know that you can and will make a difference. By voting for the only party that can form a new government, force the Liberals to remake themselves and return Canada to the status and stability it deserves.

Never before have I asked friends and readers to vote thus. But this time it is too late to do otherwise. Good luck. Good Canada.

Officer Dan May returns award he deserved

The City of Minneapolis once again showed how hopelessly liberal it is with it’s meddling in the Medal of Valor award Dan May received from the Awards Committee. After pressure from Chief Bill McManus, the Star Tribune, the corrupt Minneapolis City Council, and Black pressure groups, Dan May showed what a classy guy he is and returned the award.

The City of Minneapolis handled the 1990 incident in which Dan May shot gang member Tycel Nelson in self defense very poorly from the start. Even though Officer May was cleared of any wrongdoing, the corrupt city council awarded Earline Skinner, the mother of Tycel Nelson $250,000 of taxpayer money to keep activists like Spike Moss quiet. Not only was this a waste of taxpayer money, it was perceived to be an admission of guilt. Known gang members should be automatically disqualified from any potential lawsuit award.

The Black leaders in Minneapolis seem to be more interested in tying the hands of law enforcement than in eradicating the gang problem. In this increasingly dangerous city where it is not uncommon to be killed by stray gunfire, it’s no wonder that police officers respond to calls such as gang shootings very seriously, and they have every right to defend themselves.

The Black activists claim that because Tycel Nelson was shot in the back, Officer May must have been at fault. However, a study showed how this is easily explained (read below):

According to Professor Lewinski's research: suspects move and shoot three times faster than an average officer can possibly react. If an officer waits until a weapon is pointed right at them, it's too late.

"If they're close enough they're dead, or wounded."

It's a lesson officers learn quickly in a shooting simulator, like this one operated by the Hennepin County Sheriff's office.

"You need to make a decision in a split second."

For a trained officer, it's a sobering experience.

"What did you do sir, settle down."

An explanation in fractions of a second, that's taken years to live down.

Illegal Immigration is becoming a hot topic in Minnesota as well as the rest of the country. Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty is proposing changes to crack down on illegal immigration including ending the illegal "Sanctuary City" policies enacted by the extremely liberal mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
