Muslims in Congress
The following is quote from Omar Ahmed, a Co-founder of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR):
“Those who stay in America should be open to society without melting, keeping Mosques open so anyone can come and learn about Islam. If you choose to live here, you have a responsibility to deliver the message of Islam … Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.” - Omar Ahmad
Keith Ellison could do more damage to this country in the US House of Representatives than in his current position if his views are similiar to Omar’s. It would be good to have a Muslim in Congress IF he/she would publically condemn CAIR and Islamic terror. The key to stopping Islamic terrorism is for the moderate Muslims to set an example for others.
Will DFL candidate for Congess do what needs to be done?
